Great rooftop pool, electric curtains, and rain shower. Ivan in customer service is a hero, helping with passports. Enjoyed the location, historic building, and nice staff. Good restaurants and bars, walkable to downtown/uptown destinations.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city for an event. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located in downtown, making it convenient to explore popular sites in the area. The room I stayed in was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially the room valet, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered in The Scout restaurant was delicious and provided a great start to the day.
There was one aspect of the hotel that left much to be desired, as the elevators were frequently crowded, resulting in longer wait times for guests.

The hotel had a marvellous location a short way from Comerica Bank Tower. This venue was in a lovely area adjacent to Dallas, the bar/restaurant and the centre. I thoroughly enjoyed the Mexican cuisine served in the in-house restaurant.
